Terms of Use

These terms explain how authorised users may access, use, and work within the AIM platform.

AIM is a professional workflow and collaboration platform used for engagement delivery, evidence collection, document work, approvals, and related client service activity. By creating an account or using AIM, you agree to these platform terms.

Section 1

Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to each person who is invited to, approved for, or otherwise authorised to use an AIM workspace.

If you access AIM on behalf of an organisation, you must only do so within the authority granted to you by that organisation and the relevant workspace owner.

Section 2

What AIM Provides

AIM provides workflow, collaboration, evidence management, document preparation, approvals, task tracking, communication, and related operational tooling for professional services work.

Some features may vary by workspace configuration, permissions, integrations, or implementation stage.

Section 3

Relationship To Firm Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the AIM platform itself.

Any engagement letter, statement of work, firm policy, or other service-specific terms between you and the relevant firm or organisation continue to govern the underlying professional services relationship.

Section 4

Accounts And Access Security

You must keep your credentials, passkeys, and other authentication methods secure and must not share access with another person.

You must promptly notify the relevant workspace owner or support contact if you suspect unauthorised access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.

Section 5

Workspace Data And Permissions

You may only upload, submit, review, approve, or share information that you are authorised to handle.

Workspace owners and administrators control role assignments, access permissions, and participant visibility within their workspaces.

Section 6

Confidentiality, Audit Trails, And Monitoring

AIM records account activity, submissions, uploads, approvals, signatures, comments, invitations, and other platform events to support security, auditability, and operational oversight.

These records may be visible to authorised workspace participants, administrators, auditors, support personnel, or service providers where required for platform operation, compliance, or incident response.

Section 7

Electronic Actions

Electronic submissions, acknowledgements, approvals, and signatures completed through AIM may be treated as electronic records of the relevant action within the workspace.

You are responsible for reviewing content before you submit, approve, sign, or finalise it in AIM.

Section 8

AI-Assisted Features

AIM may provide AI-assisted drafting, summarisation, extraction, classification, or recommendation features.

AI-generated output is assistive only and must be reviewed by an appropriately authorised person before it is relied on, sent, filed, signed, or otherwise used.

Section 9

Acceptable Use

You must not use AIM to upload unlawful material, interfere with another user, bypass security controls, scrape data without authorisation, distribute malware, or misuse confidential information.

We may suspend or restrict access where use creates security, legal, contractual, or operational risk.

Section 10

Availability And Changes

AIM may be updated, maintained, restricted, or changed from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of AIM after a new version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated version where permitted by law.
